Last 2 visits:1) and made available by day shift but given away by a night shift.
2) Day{ }, for drain am. Doctor available but no bed early pm bed available but no doctor.
Each time procedure unnecessarily delayed smile drain takes 4 days stay each time.
Suggested improvements
Doctors - communication, preparation and patient consideration old looking.
Begining to find me so regular procedures comes traumatic and updating. I can even accept the need for 12-16 hours wats in A+E for admittance.
Would sisters and nurses magnificent at always.
